I am adamant that I tipped a certain team, yet my saved selection is not the same

Unfortunately we are unable to change tips once they have been submitted and the match has commenced. Please ensure that you have submitted your tips correctly (refer to 'How to tip' help topic).

If the problem persists, someone else may be accessing your account so try resetting your password. To do this, click the 'My Account' tab at the top of the page, selecting 'My details', type in a new password and click 'Update'.
